Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not fully happy, here’s our return and refund policy:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Perfumes that have been opened or used
  • Minor leakage or damage to the external box that does not affect the perfume itself
  • Change of mind after order confirmation or delivery

Return Process

  • Email us with your order number and issue description
  • Our team will guide you through the return process
  • Upon inspection and approval, the refund will be processed within 7 working days

Note: We currently do not support order cancellations once an order has been confirmed or dispatched.
