Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Perfumes that have been opened or used
- Minor leakage or damage to the external box that does not affect the perfume itself
- Change of mind after order confirmation or delivery
Return Process
- Email us with your order number and issue description
- Our team will guide you through the return process
- Upon inspection and approval, the refund will be processed within 7 working days
Note: We currently do not support order cancellations once an order has been confirmed or dispatched.
